4. Digital Content & Information Products

We provide downloadable materials such as reports, e-guides, and webinars. Access is granted after purchase and delivery is immediate.

5. Physical Goods

We may offer branded merchandise and printed materials. Descriptions, pricing, and shipping details are provided on the product pages.

6. Payment Terms

All fees are listed in CAD. Payment is required at time of purchase. We accept major credit methods and other methods as indicated at checkout.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Services

If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not fully consumed the service, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method. After 7 days, no refunds are available. However, upon approval, you may transfer the remaining service entitlement to another individual by contacting us.

7.2 Information Products

Due to the immediate access to digital content, all purchases of information products are final. No refunds are available once access credentials are delivered. In exceptional cases, if less than 50% of the content has been accessed and you submit a refund request within 14 days, we may offer a partial credit toward another information product.

7.3 Physical Goods

You may return unused goods in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned items.

Please allow up to 14 days for refund processing. Any applied promotional credits used toward a purchase will be forfeited upon refund.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will post the revised terms on our website with the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Clarionxa is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
